Building or starting up a business is as important as sustaining its existence. Many don't understand that even a cheap mistake can tear down or lift up the business.

DECISION MAKING
Often times,I look at myself and say "wow,I'm a king" because I can make decisions on what I want and what I don't want.But that must not stay to much in your brain to the extent of forgetting the right decision to make.Remember, there is only a thin line in between your decision and your success/failure.
People often say business is all about taking risk.Well,if i will agree to that I will say those risks can always be reduced.

STUDY HISTORY
History is an aggregate past of in events.At least somebody has been through the event you are in or the one you are planning to go,it doesn't matter if the person failed or succeeded.All I know is that there is a body of knowledge you will always need to pass through the event you are in or you are planning to go.
BUILD LIKE RELATIONSHIPS
There are some mysteries in the world which are called "PRINCIPLES". No matter who applies it,it works.One of them is the LAW OF ATTRACTION which states that "man is likely to become whatever he sees,talks about and thinks about most of the times".it comes as a gradual process anyway,it is when you are now consistent about it when you start seeing,talking about it,thinking about it most of the times that your system starts adjusting and configuring itself to what you want to be simply because that is all what you have been seeing a long while.A time will come that this LAW will build up your faith,makes you believe so much in yourself and start repelling things which are not likes.
Your network should be revolving among people who so much believes in you,people who are working and walking on the road which are correlated to yours. People should replied you "no wonder" after telling them the names of your friends.This create an atmosphere around you where people begin to see you in the light of your future being.To cap it all on this point,get involved in at least an organization who operates in line with what you are doing and what you want to do.
Via some of these listed points,you can definitely escape making a payment for the coffin and digging the grave of your own business.

Sometimes packaging can be a useless system if you are only a wise one and not smart as well.it is your smartness that utilizes your wiseness to the maximum point.Example is an undergraduate student who has a good business idea which should be best exercised at the moment but now thinking will have more time to focus on the business as a graduate.he never met people ahead of him to know that more responsibilities comes  your way as the days go by."wisdom is the principal thing,therefore get wisdom.But in all your getting,get understanding".

GETTING UNDERSTANDING simply means you can be  "UNDER" and as well "STANDING" when you maximize people around you to the fullest. Some of these people were given a target to meet up with most of the times,failure to meet up with that might attract disciplines like salary deduction,threat,joblessness and all sorts.
VALUE CREATION
The most important skill in business today is your ability to sell i.e offer more values.
Your pay will always be measured in respect of the values you are willing to offer.No organization will let you go when you added more values into the organization.Its so amazing now that people want increase when nothing has been planted though. You! first have something to offer and if you are not rewarded with wealth,my advice to you is that you find a place where you will be celebrated and add more colours to yourself.

BREAK OUT!!!
Often times,some of the people who take care of your bills are not actually helping you out.it makes you depend so much on them and not on yourself because you can't see yourself creating even anything.Your life's ambition was defined for you to the extent of creating a future that suit their own taste,isn't that funny?.And immediately these people depart from you,you start paying for all what you  called enjoyment you had with them.forgotten that "nobody lives together forever".
TAKE UP THE CHALLENGE
I'm not saying it's a bad thing when there is someone somewhere who pays your bills and taking care of your finances,i mean as long as they were in charge,it will be wise for you to start thinking about "when will you start providing for you own household" because one day,you will be left alone.
I taught this in one of my write-ups
where I said,there is a way working as a salary earner robs you of your destiny likewise here.You will definitely be useless when you are too available for people because they are in charge of your life and your decisions which robs you of seeing passing opportunities.it robs you of your dream,your time(can't do what you like at your own leisure time),your affairs and sorts.
Have you noticed you never had a strong say in this kind of environment.Let me tell you why,This is because you are still depending so much on them that it create a structure in their own system to overrule your life.
WAKE UP!
This simply means BREAKING OUT.Taking responsibilities for yourself.You see,it is not going to be easy as you think.But my dear,your life is too precious to take is so lightly with anybody.remember you have only one life to live.
Start creating an atmosphere for yourself and your future that will shift those responsibilities on yourself.So,begin to think,get a mentor,plan your life, your time and detach yourself.WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST

I had noticed that enjoyment and wealth are two parallel lines,though not far from each other.In fact,it is more difficult to manage success than failure,when you fail at your starting point,it is simply called "failure",but when you started failing when you have already been established, life can be so tough for you more than someone who has never start it up.Success is difficult to maintain.It is more difficult to keep growing an established business,stock and value enlargement,keeping your customers,trying to please them and all sorts than when it is still at the planning stage(not yet established).Therefore,you have to gather momentum,recognize distractions,stay focus,understand success as well as failure  and concentration to keep growing what you have started.its a shoddy thinking if you are expecting increase on your business when perseverance and growth mentality is away from your dwelling.
DO NOT MIX PLEASURE/FEELINGS WITH YOUR BUSINESS
This really shows how important your business means to you. I've heard people with great potentials saying people around them has been the tool to exercising and perfecting their gift (friends) which comes as a free service.Well, that is not bad at your learning stage, it is only absurd when you are now a professional at what you are doing and still at that same circumstance with them."a worker is worthy of his or her wages".Deny them all and face the reality,you will notice they will definitely reduce patronizing you immediately you migrate from the network of "free to fee".I call them PREDATORS because they are only with you for what they are getting from you. WAKE UP!.
So neglect feelings and respect your personal resources.People who run businesses with too much of emotion and feelings involved end up packing up the business and they will be left alone.

FLEE! FINANCIAL FREEDOM IS IMPORTANT
I wonder why many people complain of their current circumstance without planning their way out of it.So amazing to me that they remain in that position for many years,still on the same spot and yet not comfortable with their status quo( i call them babies).
Financial freedom simply means "when your passive income is greater than your living expenses".meaning there is a leverage, you are doing less while achieving more.
FLEE
From my write up yesterday,one of the greatest thing that has happened to me in life is that I had totally fought and won my way out of financial boredom.I had started living in this over fifteen years and I'm still alive,doing well and things are getting more better and better as the days go by.Only if you can take up the challenge,tough time never last which you already know.
If I will tell you the truth here,the firstplace to fight the good fight of your financial freedom is from your FAMILY.I can assure you that your issue is half-solved with this.If it requires packing out and keep thirsting for the moment,pls do. ifrequires you block all income entries from them and move up on your own,my advice is you do.
"you gain respect by the value you are adding and not by taking"
THE CROSS IS PERSONAL
I will like you to know that you might not see farther in life as long as long as they keep financing you and that is why i often advice people not to settle down for a full time job because they will tie down your destiny that your time will be so limited for you to see many opportunities passing through your way. You have your life to live because "the cross is personal".
Walk your way into this and you will notice a gradual change as you look back to where you started from that you are doing less and earning more already.The earlier you embrace this,the earlier it becomes better for you.
